Damaged or Incorrect OrdersIf your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
Approved issues will be replaced at our expense.
Lost or Stolen PackagesWe are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, allow 5 business days, then notify us within 10 days of delivery. One-time replacements may be considered. Orders over $99 may require a police report.
Address & International OrdersPlease double-check your shipping address. Orders sent to incorrect addresses are final.All international orders (including Canada) are final.
